State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
Discover the advanced equipment and processes that make Stark Building Systems an industry leader in steel building manufacturing
Advanced Manufacturing Equipment
Our state-of-the-art equipment enables us to produce high-quality steel building components with precision and efficiency.

Daito DCM-1000
Daito's Drilling Coping machine DCM1000 is a multi-tasking machine combining a CNC Drill (with 3 spindles), a CNC Robotic Coper for standard or complicated plasma cuts, and a marking machine for part number marking and welding / layout marking.

Corimpex HBWM 1850/400
Corimpex's horizontal solution takes the same great design concept of the vertical lines: automatic handling devices, no full tack welding, automatic welding process, and integrated flange straightening; this makes this line one of the most used in the PEB field and one side welding application.

Controlled Automation ABL-100H System
The ABL-100 is the most versatile, and powerful angle and flat bar punching and shearing machine on the market. It can be supplied with several different shear options to accommodate practically every application.

Controlled Automation ISOMAX System
The isoMAX uses Controlled Automation's shape cutting technology to produce top quality thermally cut parts. The isoMAX offers contour bevel-cut parts with either the HPR Orbital Bevel™ system or the XPR BevelMAX. With a core machine design of strength and stability, fast and responsive controls, along with the advantage of oxy-fuel and high definition contour plasma cutting, precision parts are created quickly and easily.
